With 20 years' experience in positions of operational responsibility in the international luxury hotel industry and in entrepreneurship, Danielle is an expert in process and operations management.


Christophe has 25 years' experience in business development and management, in France and Europe, working with company directors. He specializes in commercial, contractual and real estate relations.

Bruno owns his home and travels 8 months out of the year . His 2-room Parisian apartment is very central and fully equipped.

In order to cover all or part of the cost of its apartment, the CSM team has set up a short-term rental system, including cleaning and laundry for tenants , which allows it to rent out 4 full months per year, while respecting local regulations.

This solution allows Bruno to obtain a rental yield of approximately 4%.
